1. Plase wait for confirmation of availability ordered product after order depositing. After getting confirmation, transfer on our account  full payment or shipping cost only. The shipping cost are not returned in case of ungetting back ordered commodity.

2.Served prices it gross price, with included tax VAT.

3.We assure our clients, that they will be used their personal data for executing of shopping in our store only and they are rendered accessible no persons and outside institutions. Each client has to data recorded in our database insight into right, it can edit and delete it after transaction.

4. We perform shipping through polish mail or courier firms according to choice of client. It is possible to get commodity personally from monday till friday at hours 10-18 and at saturday at hours 10-14 in our store: pavilion 1, No 33A Targowa street in Warsaw, Poland. 

5. It is possible to perform disbursement by payment or credit transfer on our bank account, cash to postman or courier at receipt of package and cash or credit card at personal receipt.

6. All products are new and they are included so called surety, but some own card of guarantee from producer or distributor of article.

7. Manner of procedure belongs to agree upon in case of reclamation with us.

8. You have right to return  in deadline 10 days from date of getting of package only commodity not bearing no trail use and commodity in transparent closed wrap steadily can not be unpacked.

9. Department of court organ possible conclusive proper (suitable) territorially jast.
