- After placing an order, please wait for the confirmation of availability of the ordered products. After receiving the confirmation, transfer full amount of shipping costs and the value of ordered products to our bank account. The shipping cost are not returned in case of refusal of delivery (of the ordered merchandise).
- Served prices are gross prices, with VAT tax included.
- We consider all the information, provided by our clients, to be private. We keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone. Each client has the right to edit or delete his data recorded in our database.
- We ship the merchandise through polish mail or courier companies according to choice of client. It is possible to pickup commodity personally from monday till friday at 10-18 o'clock and at saturday at 10-14 o'clock in our store: Targowa street No 33A, pavilion 1 in Warsaw Poland.
- You can pay by bank transfer to our bank account, credit card, cash to postman or courier at receipt of package. At personal receipt you can pay by credit card or cash.
- All products are new (with safety certificate) and are provided with warranty. Some merchandise has separate warranty from producer or distributor.
- In case of damaged merchandise or tampered package, please request the courier to write down the report.
- You have the right to return the merchandise within 10 days from date of receiving package. Please note that all returned merchandise must be intact, new, unwrapped and unused in its original packaging with all documentation, parts and accessories.
- These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
