Receiving the shipment
Buyer is obliged to check the status and contents of the consignment at the time of receipt of goods, especially if the package is damaged in transit. Must carefully watch the tape condition, or seal placed on the package.
When the pack has all the characteristics of damage or where the tapes are lost, must not accept delivery and the courier's presence write protocol of damage and contact your dealer as soon as possible in order to clarify the matter.
Verification of the consignment on delivery is a prerequisite to take account of customer claims due to damage or robbed in the transport of the consignment because the guarantees producers or distributors usually do not include mechanical damage, caused by the operation from outside.
